If I could do a zero start I would. I have been to this smoke shop on four different occasions and each time I am ripped off. I pay at least a dollar if not more than I do at other shops for the same item. This last time I went in my other regular smoke shops were closed so I had no choice. I saw hemp wraps marked as 99 cents and figured I would try them. Even mentioned “oh you guys got something affordable? I’ll try them.” Then after dude rang up four my total was almost $9 dollars!! I inquired as to why and he said “the price changed. We just can’t change the box.” Then proceeded to throw the box away. I got home and used them and they were the WORST quality hemp wraps I have EVER GOTTEN! Like rolling wet tissue paper! It won’t even hold form once rolled! It falls apart! Not even close to the value he charged me! Don’t go here unless you want to be over charged for terrible quality merchandise!
Nick and Andrew, the associates at this store are one of the best employees I’ve met . They handle their store efficiently and effectively . They carry themselves as businessmen who make sure you get the right prices and walk out with a smile.
After fighting with the scanner not being compatible with a Visa card, a worker told me to cashapp him when the Verizon mobile servers were down and then kicked me out the store yelling because I couldn’t connect to WiFi.
Mind you I’m a consistent customer and the owner knew me, however insisted I was trying to rip him off even though there was a very plausible reality to the situation. I was told I’m forbidden from the store, wish the service was consistent.
