You want amazing prices for cigars, excellent customer service, anddddd a fantastic atmosphere….reel smokers all day. Ask for Merrill you, won’t be disappointed!!!

a year agoLove the service. Just ask and they will do their best to get what you want. Prices are fair. No lounge per say, there are a few chairs and you can smoke inside on a poor weather day. The company owned " no brand" from Nicaragua at $65 a bundle are also very good.

4 years agoOutstanding selection and staff conversation was perfect, didn't get her name but she was great! Reasonably priced and convenient gift sets or combo buys. I'm not an expert like some, but the customer service provided answered all my questions.

a year agoI recently had the displeasure of interacting with Reel Smokers cigar shop, and unfortunately, from the moment I called to inquire about their products and services, it was evident that customer service was not a priority for this establishment. Upon calling, I simply asked for the name of the person who answered the phone, expecting a courteous response. However, instead of a friendly exchange, I was met with rudeness and a dismissive attitude. The person on the other end of the line seemed annoyed by my inquiry, and before I could even finish my sentence, they abruptly hung up on me. Needless to say, I was taken aback by such unprofessional behavior. As a consumer, I believe it's essential to be treated with respect and courtesy, especially when reaching out to a business for information. Unfortunately, Reel Smokers I failed to meet even the most basic standards of customer service. However, every cloud has a silver lining, and my disappointing encounter with Reel Smokers led me to discover another cigar shop with exceptional customer service. Not only did they provide me with the information I needed but they went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction as a customer. Their attentive and friendly approach has earned them a new loyal patron in me. I cannot in good conscience recommend Reel Smokers to fellow cigar enthusiasts. In an industry where personal connections and exceptional service are paramount, they fall short.
