Smoking Vibes is overall my favorite Smoke shop in Hollywood Fl. Their customer service is unmatched they always provide the best customer service great attitudes… and it is always neat and organized 😀 They have amazing products to select from! Many options from THC ….. to disposables Where can you find a product with 3 for 1! I have been shopping here for a few months now and I will continue to come here! Thank you Smoking Vibes for your excellent customer service 😀…..

🚫 PSA: Keep your vibes safe — stay out of this place! 🚫 I’ve bought from this store before… and every single time it’s like they spin a wheel to decide what kind of nonsense they’ll give me today. Spoiler: it’s never the “good service” option. Yes, they ask for ID — fair enough. But when I showed my ID, the guy goes, “That doesn’t work.” Excuse me? My ID is real. It has holograms, textures, little security features that the government spent millions designing… and this dude basically said, “Nah, I trust my gut more than the DMV.” Apparently, photos of IDs are a no-go because you can’t check the weight or feel the texture… which I guess is super relevant when you’re buying fake weed THC. 🙃 Here’s the kicker: a few minutes earlier, I watched him happily sell two bags of weed to some random dude without even blinking. Didn’t check their ID, didn’t even ask their zodiac sign. But me? Nope. Denied like I was trying to board a spaceship without clearance. Tried to talk to him, but he acted like I was taking it personally (which… yeah, kinda hard not to when you’re being treated like an undercover toddler). Moral of the story: Bad service will lose you a customer faster than you can say “hologram laminate microprint.” I’ll happily drive the extra 1.5 miles to a place that actually knows how to treat people.

HORRIBLE smoke shop. If I could give negative stars I would. The man with the piercings that works there is incompetent, I showed him identification BEING OF AGE and he refused to sell the product to me. He was extremely rude, had no manners, and was NASTY. Was a waste of my gas to even think to go here. NEVER GO HERE.

ABSOLUTELY THE BEST SMOKE SHOP IN HOLLYWOOD FL!! Charlene (forgive the spelling) had amazing service and was very knowledgeable about the product! We felt welcome the whole time and walked away with amazing deals! We’re from Ga but best believe this is our go-to whenever we’re in town from now on!

I would rate this 5 stars but at the end of the day the customer service means more than the product. The lady at the front counter with the bangs and darker complexion (w/ tattoos ) is very rude & dismissive. Couldn’t even answer a simple question without getting mean. If you don’t like what you do simply quit. Don’t make a buying customer choose not to do business because that hurts the owner more than anything and you end up with disappointed customers wanting to take their money elsewhere because of something so little. Please do better at the front counter and bring people who actually want to be there and do their job without having an attitude !!!!!
