a month agoI honestly don’t even know where to start with this place. We drive from Lakeland Florida to coconut creek a few times a year and this place is our go to every time!! Never had an issue here, all employees are super dope. I mean up here we have smoke shop and down the road a skate shop. But a smoke/skate shop?!?! We need this bad in Tampa/Lakeland area stat!!! See y’all again in a couple weeks.

3 months agoThe salesman at The Hookup was rude, dismissive, and completely unhelpful. I asked for a common product, and instead of assisting me, he tried to push what he preferred, then shook his head and walked away when I didn’t agree. Judgmental attitude, zero customer service. Don’t waste your time here take your business somewhere you’re actually respect.

6 months agoI was in there yesterday around 6. Guy working greeted me right away asked if I needed any help. Sure did. I had a list from my fiancé- the kid helped me get everything i needed and sold me on another product, which we liked. Usually my fiancé goes in but I was out running errands so I went in...I was made to feel at ease and not stupid for not really knowing what I was looking for....I appreciated this so much.

5 months agoToday I purchased a Lost Mary Strawnana vape from this shop. When testing the vape in front of the clerk, I told him it's bubbling. He said it's supposed to do that. The vape was not charged fully either (but the clerk wasn't aware of that. ) I got to work and charged the vape. Now 2.5 hours later, the vape does not work and the clerk basically cut the call after saying that the OWNERS don't allow returns under ANY circumstances. Unlucky for them, I will not rest
