5 years agoGreat cigar choice. I have to smoke in private since my owner won't let me smoke in front of him. So, I hide in my birdcage and enjoy a big cigar.

a year agoHonestly, I can’t even give this place one star. This is literally the second time I’ve gone in there and bought an expensive cigar that was stale and I spent a good amount of money on this time. It was a money Crystal Platinum last time I believe it was also a money Cristo, but it’s completely unfair these people Can sell you these cigars for this amount of money and sell you stale cigars. I wouldn’t even care if it hasn’t happened more than once I recommend you do not buy cigars from here. 😤😤 And I’m only posting one star because it only allows you to post a star in order to leave a remark! Also, not cool!

4 years agoI have been a customer at Lucky Cigar for 3 years. I have always had a great experience when visiting here. They are located inside of Coconut Creek Casino and since they're open 24 hours daily, it's very convenient for anyone ! There is a great selection of high quality merchandise such as cigars, cigarettes, lighters, candies, snacks, souvenirs & A Good Inventory ! I always enjoy buying products at Lucky Cigar because they always treat Me & Every Customer just like Family..which is a nice experience !! The managers name is "Dana" & her assistant is "Funda" & another employee "Sylvia" are all my Favorite people Who help to keep Lucky Cigar as a #1 Business with 100%-Great Customer Service ! I Highly Recommend visiting "Lucky Cigar" at the Coconut Creek Casino. 😊
