6 months agoWish I could give negative stars. Sold us a faulty vape, did not have us test it in store before purchase. We tried to return it and would only offer an exchange for another faulty vape. Seems they would rather lose business than have good customer service or even working products. No wonder the place is always empty. Do not do business with this sketchy place

a month agoWorst smoke shop experience ever. Stay far away from this place. The customer service is unbelievably rude and unprofessional — they act like they’re doing you a favor just for being open. Prices are way higher than other shops nearby, and on top of that, the products are cheap quality and don’t last. I bought something that broke the same day, and when I tried to bring it back, they refused to help me and gave me an attitude. The shop itself feels dirty and unwelcoming. Definitely the worst smoke shop I’ve ever been to in Hollywood.

Since it’s so close to home I always give them a chance; I’m the fool . every vape pen I buy down to the torches have broken .. It’s all low quality products.. with high quality prices . There super friendly but no knowledge everything in there store you can find online 50%off

a year agoIf your of certain skin color, my experience with this shop makes it apparent that they have 0 professionalism when providing followup calls. They aren't flexible at all but expect you to be overly flexible to make up for their short comings. Obviously overcharged items to take advantage of the locals stay away these people will smile in your face and ignore you for weeks.
