I've stopped by this vape shop a few times and have had an overall good experience with the service and products purchased.
The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and they have a fairly large inventory of vapes, accessories, and e-liquids. However, I wish they carried Terp Supply flower, as a couple of other local shops I frequent stock it, and it’s a favorite of mine.
Adding that to their lineup would make this place a go-to spot for me. Still, it’s a solid shop for what they do offer.
I purchased a vape two days ago, and I had a very in-depth conversation with the store clerk when I did. I came back in today because my vape had stopped working, and I showed him video proof and showed that the vape cannot be hit anymore, even though it had been charged and was not working anymore. He remembered me coming in a couple days ago and yet,He refused to give me a product that I paid for and made sure worked. This Is a scam of a vape store. Every vape store I’ve ever been to care about their customers and actually want them to get what they’re paying for. well, 100% of the time give you a vape that works if yours stops working after a couple days of you buying it.A $30 vape that doesn’t even work after two days of having it. They like to steal people’s money here so save your time and go somewhere else.
What an unpleasant experience at Lauderdale Tobacco a few days ago with the owner of this store! Despite being a loyal customer, the owner refused a small discount, displaying a lack of appreciation for customer loyalty. It's disheartening to see the absence of any promotional offers to encourage customer loyalty, especially considering that Lauderdale Tobacco is not the sole smoke shop in the vicinity. The refusal to provide even a modest discount left me feeling unappreciated as a customer. I hope the management considers implementing customer loyalty programs and fostering a more welcoming environment to enhance the overall shopping experience for patrons. His attitude was rude, and the tone of voice implied that he was not open to do business my way, otherwise he would be out of business. Every other smoke shop I go has discounts, special offers, and always make me feel welcome, even if I'm just stopping for a bottle of soda only. I would not recommend this place, besides you hardly find what you are looking for, with very low inventory all the time.
