a month agoI bought a vape here that turned out to be faulty and leaked all over my car. When the manager was called, I was told there was nothing they could do other than offer me 50% off a replacement. Any place I’ve ever went to in the area would happily replace. Was a loyal customer, now I won’t be returning. Save yourself the headache and go to literally anywhere else.

a month agoI purchased a 4g Pixie Pod disposable o Monday, September 8th - so, 8 days ago - and since Sunday September 14th it has not been working. It ceased to respond to my pressing for inhalation. I just press and it blinks, without allowing me to pull anything. It charges just fine and it locks and unlocks fine too. I went today to ask about it and I was met by shoulder shrugs and “I don’t know”s from the young lady tonight. When I asked if I could please have an exchange for I like the product she answered there’s nothing she can do for me. Nearly $50 just set on fire right in my face. I strongly advise against purchasing or even visiting this shop as they carry faulty products in addition to being extremely unhelpful. Save your money and shop elsewhere.

12 months agoBusiness hours are not as they appear on Google. Made the trip at 9am, big colored OPEN sign was on but doors locked. Won't be coming back to this establishment.

5 months agoREAD BEFORE GOING!!!! The reviews on this place are out of date. None of the people who have good reviews work there anymore. It seems they make their own fake reviews about these ppl who don’t work there anymore I’ve been multiple times and never saw any of them. Instead I’m always met by a woman slightly over weight with a serious attitude just not someone who should work at a smoke shop. The type of person who just seems like she doesn’t want to be there. She’s normally there in the mornings and I’ve seen her interact with multiple costumers the same way. There’s also a pretty big dude he’s not the worst but he’s very fake and seems super arrogant and stuck up. But I will say he knows his stuff a little. Also more frustrating than that is the amount of kids I see in this place I’ve seen people that could be no more than 17 years old. They don’t even know their own products. I don’t know if owner ship changed ownership in the past 6 months or what but this place is on a huge downwards spiral.
