I’ve been a loyal customer of this shop, buying RAZ vapes regularly for over a year, and I’ve never had an issue until recently. Yesterday, I purchased a vape that had such a bad burning taste it was completely unsmokable. I returned to the shop today to request an exchange, explaining the situation, but the worker refused, saying it would cost him $15 wholesale and he couldn’t take the loss.
Unfortunately, this experience has cost them a loyal customer. It’s disappointing that they prioritized a small profit over long-term customer satisfaction. I expected better service, especially as a regular patron.
After being a customer for years, I changed my review for the treatment I was given by the owner. He wasn't helpful, made me feel rushed, and as I was burdening him. Other than that selection is good, and the girls are super helpful and "actually" know how to provide customer service. If you see "him" don't bother, walk out and go elsewhere. Will NOT be purchasing from here again.
I have been a customer here for about three months Sam is always so nice and kind. I like coming here because they have nicotine free hookah pens and most stores do not. He always has a variety of flavors for me and has great customer service. I definitely recommend this smoke shop he has everything you need and then some.
This place is a joke. I usually do not leave negative reviews for a business unless I've had a terrible experience. I purchased a $30 battery from this place that stopped working after two uses. When I reached out to the store, they showed me their 'No Return Policy' and were super rude about it. The girl who works there was least unapologetic about the whole issue and said that I should have gotten a more expensive product instead. I mean, if you can't stand by the product you sell, why even sell it?
ZERO customer service, you'll be better off taking your business elsewhere.
This place is legit, honestly we bought a hookah at the last minute the owner himself came and re opened the store. Took care of us right from the beginning giving us the best deals and best products! I went back a week after because I used up all my coal and again they all took care of me and made sure I left with a smile, amazing customer service, I was able to get my products and then some, again leaving with a smile on my face and will always be come back to this spot!!!!!
