I would highly recommend this location to anyone who is looking for excellent service. Specifically, from their employee Cynthia because her service skills, product knowledge, and attentiveness is what will keep me coming back! She is excellent and cannot thank her enough for helping me and making me feel comfortable when asking questions. She is what makes this location a 5/5!
Cynthia was great with helping me figure out what I could try out as a first time buyer! The customer service she has is out of this world! If you ever need any help don’t hesitate asking her and she would make it hard to not notice her as she’s instantly greeting you right as you walk through the door!
I came in here and bought a mad bunny brand round bottom banger. The females at the counter were very nice and patient with me.
Unfortunately, for me, the banger was defective and had a small bubble in the bottom so I had to return it which they gladly took back and gave me a refund. I plan to return and maybe buy some more glass or some papers to help them recover the cost of that faulty glass piece

Decided to give them another try been before but had cheaper prices else where I SPENT 70 dollars on vapes I bought 2 of the same ones and both of them were bad so I asked if I can replace ONE OF THEM )understanding this is a business)with another one she said yes had to be the same flavor which completely fine but I asked her if she could get me another box and get one out of there she verbatim said “ I just got one yesterday and it was fine I see what your trying to do here I’m not switching any flavor” very rudely and I just said fine okay and I walk out and she says “have a good day “giggling in a vindictive way straight long hair with glasses girl
I recently visited smoke valley in sunrise and I couldn’t be more impressed! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm smile and a friendly hello from the staff. The atmosphere was inviting, and it felt more like visiting a friend's house than a retail store.
The selection of products is fantastic! They have everything from high-quality tobacco and rolling papers to an impressive array of accessories. I was particularly impressed by their collection of glassware and vape products. The staff were incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to answer all my questions, making recommendations based on my preferences without any pressure to buy.
What stood out the most was the genuine friendliness of the employees. They were not only helpful but also engaging, sharing tips and personal experiences that made my visit enjoyable. It’s evident that they are passionate about what they do, and their enthusiasm is infectious!
Overall, they offer a great shopping experience with a welcoming vibe and excellent customer service. I highly recommend stopping by if you're in the area; you won’t be disappointed! I’ll definitely be returning for all my smoke shop needs. Keep up the fantastic work!
