4 months agoHad a really disappointing experience today. I came in looking for a stem and bowl for my water pipe, and the guy helping me seemed uninterested and was making rude comments under his breath. When I explained that I had purchased a certain size stem here before, he insisted they’ve never carried it and basically told me I didn’t know what I was talking about. I’ve been shopping at The Hook Up for over 8 years—I know what I’ve bought here. Clearly, he didn’t. No worries though, I’ll just stick to the Boca location, where they treat their customers with respect and don’t talk down to them.

a year agoWorker of this place Lex has worst attitude always worst customer service. Always giving issues and starting problems. The store itself is good with product and the other coworkers are great. Lex drives people away. I have had multiple interactions with this lady where it is very discomforting and just ends up in screaming. I have talked to the manager and had to call the police because she snapped pictures of my license plate and vehicle after. This is unacceptable. I had to call CSPD non emergency because I did not feel safe. You do not do that to people.

7 months agoThis is the best smoke shop in coral springs I drive past like 4 smokeshops just to come here they always have wat I need and employees r the most knowledgeable out of the smokeshops I been to(all of them in Coral Springs. Also the owner is a really nice guy who keeps inventory very tight and frequently is there, he has ordered things I’ve requested more of and always seems to have a good alternative if something runs out, that I am politely surprised I didn’t even know they had
