2 weeks agoWas going here everyday spending 100$+ a week, spent 10$ on a cartridge battery, walked out the store with my purchase, noticed it didn’t turn on, when plugged into charger, it didn’t charge, totally a damaged product, asked manager chase within 45 minutes of purchase after trying to charge it he said all he can do is have me buy another one. Absolutely diabolical. Should be illegal to even say that but I will just put you guys on the Do Not Return store. Absolutely bad business, losing a 100$+ week customer because of a 10$ bad sale. Take care and I employee every one of you to never walk in this establishment that takes money from you with giving nothing in return. They won I guess.

2 months agoUPDATE: The Owner of this shop called me and after his quick investigation, apologized for the situation. He quickly corrected the employee and I am confident this will not happen again. When you know better GOOD PEOPLE DO BETTER! This shop is selling vapes to children; yes, MINORS…..not checking ID or anything! THE POLICE NEED TO SHUT YOU DOWN! AND the only reason I gave 1 Star is because you have to. You deserve leas than a Zero!

5 months agoI had the best experience with Xavier today over at THE PLUG in Coral Springs. The plug is a smoke shop conveniently located at 4687 North State Rd. 7 in Coconut Creek, Florida. Not only did they provide me with a discount as this is my first time there he is very friendly, professional, and handsome ! Thank you Xavier for a pleasant experience. I was greeted upon arrival and many different options to choose from Raz vapors to Kratom. I will definitely return!

4 months agoI've never experienced such a low quality of service and expired items and false advertising non-functional devices without refunds. Or try to resolve Issues with. Their products. That landed me and numerous friends in the hospital from tainted. Fake Chinese corn products being sold at this establishment. It has. Given me respiratory failure from a vape. Pen I bought. And was recommended. I'll never. Step near this place again. And will But everybody know What kind of load on dirty business they are running. until we see our day in court.
