4 months agoBeen coming here for a while now. Don’t usually write reviews, but Noah and David are always an absolute pleasure each and every time I visit. Those guys seriously deserve a raise. They are the best of the best and a clear asset to this business.

2 weeks agoAwful customer service, forcing me to pay half for a replacement product even though they sold me an item with a specifically important feature that they didn’t explain at all. I have worked at multiple vape stores, I have been the manager at multiple vape stores. If you don’t explain a product clearly it is your fault. Not the customers. I drive out of my way to come to this shop, I’ve given them thousands of dollars in a few months. No more. I get why someone broke their front doors. Incredibly awful. Oh also apparently it was the manager that sold me the item, knowing I always buy a different brand and that she should have explained the product (if she was good at her job) and she’s the one who refused to make it right (despite literally thanking me yesterday for my support and how often I come in.) Don’t trust the workers or the managers, they don’t give a shit about you!! (In response to their reply) I'm unsure how you're going to regain my trust considering I will not be returning after this situation. Why would I waste my money somewhere that doesn't care about loyal customers?

5 months agoGreat people. They gave me a good deal for it being my first time shopping there. Sam was nice. I want to eventually stop frequenting smokeshops altogether but for now it is one of the better ones for sure!
