5 months agoIf I could give 0 stars… I would. Do not order from this place!!! I ordered 3 vapes. 2 fume mint ice 5000 puffs and 1 peach ice 5000 puffs. I paid $26 extra to extradite shipping. Waited a week to receive items and then they finally arrive and only one of the received was what I ordered. Paid $77.91 cents and did not get what was ordered.

a year ago#1 There is NO WAY that LM from 3 months ago has the right business. I have been dealing with Vape Central for Quite some time now. First of all no shipping for orders over $100 unless its a circumstance I'm not familiar with. Second even if so I have spoke with the manager personally many times, anytime I have had ANY issues Polite, Courteous, Professional, Pleasant, Patient, Helpful, back their Products and their Word. I stand by this business and appreciate Outstanding people and customer service HARD TO FIND THESE DAYS.

a year agoDisgusting customer service. Super rude. Too many other vape stores to shop at to be able to get away with this service. Asked for some help since my order was supposed to be delivered in 1-3 days and ended up taking 8 days. I reached out one day before it ended up being delivered to see if they had any updates. They told me it wasn’t their issue. $150 order with $35 in shipping. Don’t make the same mistake I did! **update: since reading the other reviews below it looks like the customer services is notoriously bad and has been bad for a while. Shop at your own risk and pray you don’t need a return or have any issues, otherwise you’re screwed.
