Absolutely unacceptable experience. I went in to buy my usual vape product, only to be told after they took my money that the price had gone up by $4 with zero warning beforehand. I hadn’t even touched the product yet, and when I asked for a refund, they flat-out refused. Instead, they pointed to a tiny sign behind the counter that you can barely read unless you’re standing right on top of it. This is not how you treat loyal customers. If you know you went up on a product it needs to be established before you just take my money I wasn’t aware the price was higher until I got my change back, no-refund policies for a product I hadn’t even received yet. That’s shady business. I won’t be back.
